Instructions

  1. Boil the Maultaschen in broth shortly according to the instructions on the packet, then fry the Maultaschen and set aside. In the same broth add the cleaned broccoli cut into florets and cook for about 10 minutes.
  2. Dice the onion and bell pepper, fry in the oil, puree and set aside.
  3. Mix the Maultaschen, the broccoli, the tomato puree and the pureed onion-paprika mixture together and season. I use a pasta seasoning. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
