Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 0.5 ½ pack potato noodles, from the refrigerated shelf
  • 0.5 ½ pack herbal cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable stock, instant
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Let the rapeseed oil get hot in a pan and fry the zucchini pieces in it, add the minced meat and fry, then add the potato noodles and fry. When these are slightly brown, add the stock powder, salt and pepper, roast briefly and then add the cream cheese and let it melt.
