  • 5 egg (s)
  • Milk, about a shot glass full
  • 0.5 ½ zucchini
  • 1 handful chives
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • pepper
  • salt
  • possibly curry
  • some oil or margarine to fry

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs, milk, a little salt and a little pepper and a small pinch of curry with the hand mixer or whisk.
  2. Cut the zucchini into small cubes and cut the spring onions into rings. Then put the zucchini first in the medium-hot pan and then the spring onions. Steam both softly. I mostly fry with margarine or olive oil.
  3. When the vegetables have reached the desired degree of doneness, turn the plate down and add the egg mixture. Then, as usual, remove the egg from the floor with a kitchen friend again and again until everything has shrunk. Just before the scrambled eggs are ready, put a lot of chives in the pan and season again with pepper and salt.
