Scrambled Eggs (New)

At first glance, it may seem that this is just a broken omelet, but this is not at all the case. To make a real scramble, you need to introduce a certain technology and then the fried eggs will turn out to be very tender and unusually tasty. And for such a great breakfast it only takes 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Green onion – 1 feather
  • Cherry tomatoes on a branch – 6 pcs.
  • Champignon mushrooms (caps) – 3 pcs.
  • Bread – 1 slice
  • Hunting sausages or sausages – 2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Butter – 40 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat a pan and fry mushroom caps, tomatoes, and sausages or sausages in vegetable oil.
    Melt butter in a saucepan or skillet over low heat. Add the eggs one by one, stirring constantly with a spatula until smooth.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and green onions. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Do not keep the scrambled eggs on the fire for too long, or the scrambled eggs will taste like rubber. It is important not to miss the moment and remove the pan from the stove in time. The residual heat in the pan will allow them to reach the desired condition.
  3. Toast a slice of bread in a toaster or in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Place sausages, mushrooms, and tomatoes on a serving plate. Place the scrambled eggs on a slice of toasted bread.
