  • 4 egg (s)
  • 0.33 ring / e black pudding (Flönz) or another type black pudding
  • 6 tablespoon milk
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • Rapeseed oil for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In the case of flönz with artificial casing, peel off the skin beforehand. Cut the flönz into slices and roll in flour. Knock off excess flour. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the flake slices on both sides until crispy. Keep warm in the preheated oven.
  2. Whisk the eggs with the milk and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Add the eggs and let them set slowly.
  3. Serve with the black pudding slices.
