  • 100 g North Sea shrimps
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 20 g butter
  • 20 ml sparkling mineral water
  • some sea salt, possibly
  • 2 stalks parsley, smooth
  • some stalks chives

Instructions

  1. First, peel the crabs. Then chop the herbs if you want to use herbs.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the mineral water, it loosens the egg mixture with the carbon dioxide, and stir briefly. Now you could add salt. But the crabs are already salty, so salt is actually not necessary. I don`t use pepper!
  3. Let the butter in the pan get very hot. It should just start to tan, the keyword here is nut butter. Then add the egg mixture and then the crabs. The egg mixture should brown before turning.
  4. In contrast to the American kitchen, where from now on there is permanent stirring, the roast aromas are welcomed here. American would now stir this creamy.
  5. Keep the heat high but be careful not to burn it! Finely chopped chives or parsley can be added when the scrambled eggs are ready.
