Ingredients

  • 12 small Slice (s) pumpernickel or black bread
  • 100 g North Sea shrimps
  • 40 g butter
  • 4 slices salmon
  • 4 teaspoons sauce, honey mustard sauce
  • 1 small cucumber (s) to decorate
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped dill,

Instructions

  1. Brush the bread slices with butter and a little honey-mustard sauce, then place the North Sea shrimps on top and garnish with a little dill if necessary.
  2. Place 3 bites per person on a small plate. To do this, drape 1 slice of salmon (cut into strips if necessary) with the rest of the honey-mustard sauce on the plate. Slice the cucumber or arrange the figures cut out of slices on the plate and serve.
  3. Also goes well with breakfast or brunch.
