Ingredients

  • 75 g rocket
  • 1 chicory, red
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 0.5 ½ kohlrabi
  • 0.75 ¾ cucumber
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • Olives
  • 125 g sheep cheese
  • 100 g North Sea shrimps

For the dressing:

  • 2 tablespoon oil (flax)
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon orange juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon thick juice (agave)
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the lettuce and vegetables and place in a large bowl. Dice the cheese and place in the bowl with the olives.
  2. Mix everything with the dressing, place on a plate and sprinkle with North Sea shrimps.
