Salmon Cheesecake (Appetizer)

As an appetizer on the festive table, you can serve a fish dish, for example, salmon. Learn how to make Salmon Cheesecake, a delicate portioned salmon and cream cheese appetizer.

Servings: 5

Ingredients

  • Slice of bread – 5 Pieces
  • Salmon – 300 Grams
  • Cream cheese – 500-600 Grams

Directions

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into thin strips. The snack pan can be covered with cling film, and then overlap the fillet strips on the bottom of the pan, pressing them tightly against the walls of the pan.
  2. Fill the mold with cream or curd cheese. Cut out circles of bread slices with a dia slightly smaller than the dia of the mold and place on the cheese.
  3. Roll the edges of the salmon towards the center, flatten the surface and refrigerate for a few hours. Remove the appetizer carefully from the mold before serving.
