Appetizing Sandwiches

  • Sardines in oil – 200 g
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Cucumber – 100 g
  • Radish – 50 g
  • Bread – 300-400 g
  • Greens to taste


  1. Cut the bread into slices about 0.5 cm thick.
  2. Open the canned food and drain the liquid.
  3. Peel the fish from the backbones and mash with a fork.
  4. Peel the cucumber and chop finely.
  5. Mix fish with cucumbers.
  6. Add finely chopped greens. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Add 1-2 teaspoon to the softened butter. liquid from canned food and mix.
  8. Smear the bread with butter.
  9. Spread the minced fish on top.
  10. Cut the radish into thin rings. Place on top of the fish.
  11. Decorate with herbs if desired.
