Cheese Appetizer in Tartlets

Any appetizer served in tartlets takes on a festive look. It is customary to prepare snacks in tartlets for a buffet table, but at home we can use small elegant tartlets for serving salads and snacks, for example, for a savory cheese snack with garlic.

Ingredients

  • Tartlets – 8-10 pcs.
  • Cheese – 150 g
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt (if necessary) – to taste

Directions

  1. Ingredients for making cheese snacks in tartlets.
  2. Boil eggs hard-boiled. Boil the carrots separately until tender. (You can also use raw carrots for this snack.) Cool and peel the boiled eggs and carrots.
  3. Grate cheese into a bowl.
  4. Add boiled eggs grated on a grater.
  5. Grate boiled carrots and add to a bowl.
  6. Add the garlic, passed through a press and ground black pepper to taste. You can add salt if necessary.
  7. Season the cheese snack with a little mayonnaise and stir.
  8. It is better to fill the tartlets with cheese mass just before serving. For a more festive look, the tartlets can be additionally decorated with slices of fresh tomato, cucumber, olives and fresh herbs.
  9. Delicious cheese appetizer in tartlets is ready. When using the minimum amount of mayonnaise, the cheese snack is not very juicy, so the tartlets with it do not get wet, keep their shape well and look great.
