Scrambled Eggs with Pineapple “Gourmet”

Ingredients

  • Pineapple – 0.5 pcs.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Red onion – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 1 pinch (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch (to taste)
  • Butter – 30-50 g or olive oil – 30 ml

Directions

  1. Peel the pineapple cut a hardcore. Cut the pineapple pulp into small cubes. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  2. Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet. Mix pineapples with onions and fry over medium heat until golden brown on the onion (5 minutes). In a skillet with pineapple and onions, make room for the eggs. Break the eggs and gently pour them into the pan.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the pan with a lid. Turn off the stove (if it is electric). Switch the gas stove to minimum heat. After 5 minutes, you can serve scrambled eggs with pineapple on the table. Bon Appetit!
