Scrambled Eggs with Zucchini

Delicious, satisfying, and very quick to prepare breakfast from a minimum of ingredients – tender, airy scrambled eggs with zucchini that make it incredibly juicy.

Ingredients
- Zucchini (or zucchini) – 100 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Salt – 1/3 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
- Fresh dill – 2-3 branches
- Fresh parsley – 1-2 branches
Directions
- Break eggs into a deep bowl, add salt. Beat eggs and salt until smooth with a fork or whisk.
Wash the zucchini, peel and chop finely.
- Pour vegetable oil into the pan, put the zucchini. Fry the zucchini over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until soft. Pour into the egg mixture.
- With constant stirring, the full set I rains. Serve hot scrambled eggs with zucchini, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. Bon Appetit!
