Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
  2. Prepare the fish as usual - salt and pepper inside and out and massage in the olive oil. Spread the sprigs of herbs on a baking sheet and place the fish on top.
  3. Put in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Brush with olive oil every now and then.
  4. After baking, light the twigs and serve the fish burning on the baking sheet. But be careful - it can allegedly lead to deflagrations, so that glowing particles fly through the air (but this has never happened to me!)
  5. We also have ratatouille and garlic baguette.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
