Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 3 clove (s) garlic or pickled garlic
  • 1 pack seafood, mixed, frozen
  • 1 can tomato (s), chunky, 400 g
  • 250 g pasta, sort as desired
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt
  • Herbs, Italian

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Dice the onion, zucchini and garlic.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, briefly fry the defrosted seafood, add the diced vegetables and fry briefly. Add the chunky tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and the Italian herbs to taste. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Arrange the pasta on plates and pour the sauce over them.
