A great recipe for baking lovers today! Homemade sesame buns for hamburgers and sandwiches. Very tasty and soft yeast dough buns, also an interesting way of cooking. Be sure to try and appreciate how tasty and convenient it is!
Ingredients
Flour – 400 g + for dusting
Milk – 160 ml
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Butter – 40 g
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Dry yeast – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1 pinch
Yolk (for greasing buns) – 1 pc.
Sesame seeds (for sprinkling on buns) – to taste
Directions
Melt the butter. Heat the milk slightly (up to 37 degrees). Sift the flour.
We activate the yeast. To do this, we send yeast into warm milk, 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of flour and sugar. Mix well and let the dough stand for a couple of minutes.
Pour the remaining flour into a larger cup. Pour in salt. We mix. Add the matched dough and eggs.
We knead the dough. When the dough is collected in a ball, add the melted butter. Now knead the dough intensively for several minutes.
We put the dough into a cup, cover with a lid.
Let the finished dough rise (rise) in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.
Lightly knead the dough and, dusting the table with flour, roll it into a layer 1 cm thick.
Using a cutting mold (my mold dia is 9 cm) or a glass, or a mug, we cut out round blanks. I got 12 pieces.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Put half the dough circles on a prepared baking sheet and grease well with cold water.
Cover the top with the remaining circles of dough. Press down well with your fingers. It turns out small double cakes.
We give the cakes to distance under the film for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the spaced cakes with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
We bake buns with sesame seeds in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
