  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 100 ml water, warm
  • 5 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 3 tablespoon, leveled sesame
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled pepper, white

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top / bottom heat). Mix the flour with the sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Slowly add the oil and water and work into a smooth dough.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough thinly on top. Bake for about 12 minutes. Then let cool and break into pieces.
