- 850 g flour
- 1 cube yeast
- 275 g suar
- 700 ml milk
- 280 g butter
- 1 packet vanilla pudding powder

- Dough:
- Process 500 grams of flour, 1 packet of yeast, 75 grams of sugar, almost 1/4 liter of milk and 80 grams of butter into a yeast dough and let it rise in a warm place for at least 45 minutes. Then roll out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Pudding:
- While the yeast dough is rising, make the vanilla pudding. To do this, bring 1 packet of vanilla pudding to the boil with 450 ml of milk and pour it into a bowl to cool. While the pudding is cooling, it should be stirred again and again.
- Then spread the pudding on the yeast dough.
- Streusel:
- Process 350 grams of flour, 200 grams of sugar and 200 grams of softened butter into sprinkles and spread on top of the pudding.
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake the cake for 35-40 minutes.
