Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk
  • 80 g butter
  • 120 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 500g flour
  • 1 kg plum (s) or plums, pitted
  • Cinnamon - sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk (do not let it boil!), Melt the butter in it and dissolve the sugar in it. Beat in the egg, whisk and let the yeast dissolve in the still warm liquid. Slowly add the flour and stir until a smooth batter is formed. Let rise for 20-30 minutes in a warm place (easiest with the penguin bowl).
  2. Divide the dough and lay out on two trays. Spread the halved plums on top and bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
  3. It tastes best sprinkled with a sugar and cinnamon mixture.
