  • 200 g suar
  • 250 g butter
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and butter with the eggs until frothy, mix the flour with the baking powder and add.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out cookies of your choice. Decorate as you wish.
  3. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
  4. Tips: If you find it difficult to roll out the dough, form small balls and place them on the baking sheet. Dip the underside of a drinking glass in flour and flatten the balls.
