  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 150 g spelled flour
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 200 g butter, ice cold
  • 1 egg (s)
  • Flour for rolling

Instructions

  1. Mix the wheat flour, spelled flour and powdered sugar. Grate the frozen butter and knead into the dough as quickly as possible with cold hands. Finally knead the egg into the dough. Wrap the finished dough in cling film and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  2. Roll out about half of the dough on a floured baking paper. Stamp and cut out cookies or use normal cookie cutters as substitutes. Remove the remnants of the dough and pull the parchment paper onto a baking sheet. Place in the preheated oven at 190 ° C (top / bottom heat) for approx. 12 minutes.
