Instructions

  1. Cut the meat bite-sized and soak in the curry, garlic and oil. Bring the rice to the boil immediately, as brown rice takes about 25 minutes.
  2. Dice the peppers and zucchini. Fry the meat and place in a baking dish. Pour in the coconut milk and season with plenty of curry. Salt and pepper over it and add a little sugar. The cocktail tomatoes also go in with it. Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes at about 180 ° C.
  3. Briefly sauté the vegetables and then add the rice. Now all you have to do is set the table and enjoy it.
  4. Variation: Of course, tastes even better when it is spicy. I always add 1-2 chilli peppers to the coconut sauce and season the meat with cayenne pepper.
  5. Some lemongrass or lime peel are also delicious in the meal.
