Ingredients

  • 1 glass gooseberries, optionally other fruit
  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 70 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml cream
  • 100 g flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. Drain the gooseberries very well on a sieve. Mix the double cream cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar well with the mixer (switch to level 1). Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Roast the almond flakes in a dry pan (be careful not to let them get too brown). As the bottom layer, put the gooseberries in a glass bowl or in dessert bowls. Pour the cream cheese mixture over it. Scatter the roasted almonds over the mixture.
  2. Can be prepared very well and can be placed in the refrigerator for a few hours after preparation.
