Ingredients

  • 500 g ooseberries, removed from the flower and stem
  • 125 g suar, white
  • 125 g suar, brown
  • 1 bottle vodka
  • possibly water

Instructions

  1. Wash the gooseberries briefly and carefully pat dry. Put the sugar in a correspondingly large, sealable glass and pour the vodka over it. Let stand for at least 8 weeks and shake every 2 - 3 days.
  2. Then filter the liqueur and fill it into a nice bottle. If the liqueur tastes a little hot, dilute it with a maximum of 50 ml of water.
