Ingredients
- 200 ml milk
- 1 apple
- 2 tablespoon raisins
- 2 tablespoon nuts, chopped or ground
- 6 tablespoon oatmeal

- Put the milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. When the milk starts to boil, reduce the temperature and only let it simmer gently.
- Wash and core the apple, cut into small cubes and add to the milk. Add the raisins and nuts and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir again and again. Put the oat flakes in the pot and let it swell, stirring here too.
- All ingredients are to be used according to your own taste.
- If the food is too firm, add milk. If the dish is too runny, add more oatmeal.
- If you prefer the food sweeter, you can add maple syrup or honey, for example.
- 1 serving is enough for a good eater.
- With rice or almond milk, for example, the dish is vegan.
