Ingredients

  • 200 g potato (s), peeled and weihed
  • 300 g pointed peppers, yellow
  • 150 g onion (s), peeled and weihed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Parsley, dried

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Halve the peeled potatoes, cut into slices, add to the pan and fry.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, cut into fine cubes or slices and add to the potatoes. Quarter the peppers, remove the seeds, cut into cubes, also add to the pan and mix everything together.
  3. Put the lid on, reduce the heat and cook for another 15 minutes. After the time, season with the spices, stir in the herbs and serve.
