Ingredients
- 150 g water, warm
- 1 point dry yeast
- 250 g wheat flour
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 15 g olive oil

- Put all ingredients in the above order in the mixing bowl and mix with the dough hook for 2 minutes.
- Shape the dough into a roll on a floured surface and put it on a baguette tray in the cold (!) Oven. If necessary, make an incision at the top with a sharp saw knife.
- Bake the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat (no convection) - about 35 minutes (depending on how fast / slowly the oven heats up). The dough will then rise slowly as the oven heats up.
- It really doesn`t get any faster than that.
