- 1 kg potato (s), waxy
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, dried or fresh
- 4 tablespoon oil (olive oil)

- Peel the potatoes and cut them either into cubes or into wedges. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and fry the potatoes vigorously. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary. Then pour in some water so that the potatoes are barely covered and let the liquid boil over high heat. When the liquid has evaporated completely, fry the potatoes again briefly until golden brown.
- Goes well with pan-fried foods such as steak or chops, we also like it as a side dish during the barbecue season!
