Ingredients
- 2 port. Pizza dough
- 1 jar olives, green with paprika filling
- 12 hot peppers, green from the jar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 ½ pack tomatoes, (puree, from the tetrapak)
- 2 scoops mozzarella
- 200 g bratwurst - sausae meat or Nurember sausaes
- Basil, fresh

- Turn the bratwurst meat or the Nuremberg sausages into very small bratwurst balls and pre-cook them either in the broth for 5 minutes or 2 minutes in the microwave.
- Roll out the pizza dough (I just make it easy for myself and get the finished pizza dough from the Turkish takeaway, there is freshly prepared pizza every day for a few cents), roll out very thinly. Put the tomato puree on the dough and use a sauce spoon to spread it evenly over the dough. Then spread the sliced or chopped up mozzarella (it works well in the moulinette) on top. Then place the bratwurst dumplings, the pepperoni, the olives and the chopped garlic on the pizza and bake in the preheated oven at 225 ° C for about 10 minutes until it is crispy.
- Just before serving, add a few basil leaves to the pizza. If you like, you can give this pizza with Tabasco a little something!
