Sivis Bratwurstgröstl

Summary

Peel the boiled potatoes and onions, cut both into slices. Peel and chop the garlic, cut the sausages into thin slices.
Heat the clarified butter in a coated pan. Then add onions, potatoes and garlic one after the other to the pan and fry until the potatoes are golden brown and a little crispy. Then add the sausage slices to the pan and fry for 5 minutes.
Season the bratwurst gröstl with salt, pepper, caraway seeds and marjoram, sprinkle with the chives and serve with a cucumber or tomato salad.
