Ingredients
- 600 g beef, sliced
- 4 tablespoon horseradish (cream horseradish)
- 300 ml cream
- broth
- salt
- pepper
- Potato (s) or rice or pasta

- Season the meat well with salt and pepper and fry briefly in butter. Pour in a dash of broth and 300 ml of cream and reduce until creamy. Just before serving, stir in the horseradish and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- Potatoes go well with it.
