Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (spahettini)
  • 3 tablespoon oil (peanut oil)
  • 1 onion (s), cut into rings
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 20 g iner, finely chopped
  • 2 pinches chilli, crushed or cut into small pieces
  • 500 g rump steak (s) or beef fillet, cut into strips
  • 5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon oil (sesame oil)
  • 200 g bean sprouts (or other)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander, ground

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghettini al dente, drain, put back in the saucepan, cover with cold water, drain again and put back into the saucepan, stir in 1 tablespoon of peanut oil and set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of peanut oil in a pan or wok, fry the onion until soft, do not brown, then add the garlic, ginger, chilli and the meat, fry over high heat until the meat is brown.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, bean sprouts and the coriander. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli. Remove from wok, set aside, heat peanut oil, stir noodles over high heat until warm. Put the meat on top and serve. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and add a bottle of soy sauce.
