Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillet (s), approx. 150 g each
- 2 zucchini
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon mustard, hot, coarse-grained
- 1 tablespoon mustard, sweet
- 200 ml coffee cream, 4% fat
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 bunch dill
- salt and pepper
- sugar

- Cut the chicken into strips. Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the meat and stir-fry. Add zucchini, peel off the garlic, press through and sauté briefly. Stir in mustard and coffee cream, season with lemon juice and spices. Rinse the dill, shake it dry and sprinkle the plucked tips over the shredded meat to serve.
- Serve with rice or pasta and a green salad.
