Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken fillet (s) or turkey schnitzel
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 100 grams bacon
  • 40 g butter
  • 300 ml whipped cream
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, hot
  • 3 teaspoons cranberries, from the glass
  • some cayenne pepper
  • some pepper
  • 1 teaspoon broth (Vegeta or grains)

Instructions

  1. Put the butter in the pan and leave out the bacon strips.
  2. Cut the poultry meat into strips, add and fry. Clean the mushrooms and spring onions and cut into pieces. First add spring onions, then mushrooms to the meat and sauté for approx. 5-7 minutes. Deglaze with cream, add Vegeta or stock and simmer for approx. 5 minutes. Then add the cream cheese and season with mustard, pepper and cayenne pepper and add the cranberries. Salt is not necessary because the Vegeta or the broth already contains enough salt.
  3. Croquettes or the like also taste good.
  4. Doesn`t take much time and just tastes different, very piquant.
