  • 400 g carrot (s)
  • 200 g leek
  • 200 ml vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into fine strips and fry in hot oil. Clean, wash and chop the vegetables, then add to the meat and fry with them. Season with salt and pepper. Add the stock and lemon juice and cook for 10 minutes. Finally stir in the sour cream. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
