Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 tablespoon spice mixture (gyros spice)
- 2 tablespoons oil

- Cut the chicken into thin strips and place in a bowl. Peel the onions and cut into thin half rings. The garlic cloves are cut into very small cubes and added.
- Now add the oil and the gyros spice (1 or 2 tablespoons depending on your taste) and stir everything vigorously. Let the mixture steep for about 30 minutes and then fry in the pan. If you like, you can fry the meat immediately.
