  • 750 g chicken breast fillet (s), sliced
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 250 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 150 ml white wine, dry
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 teaspoon meat stock
  • 750 g potato (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the meat in portions and season. Then fry the mushrooms and onions in the same fat. Dust over 1 tablespoon flour and sauté briefly. Stir in the wine, 125 ml of water, cream and stock and bring to the boil. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Fold the meat into the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Put everything in a baking dish. Roughly grate the potatoes, mix with the egg and 1 tablespoon flour. Spread the rösti mixture over the strips. Bake at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes.
