Instructions

  1. Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper and place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Mix the rösti with the egg, sweet cream, cheese and chives cut into rolls. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Spread the rösti mixture on the schnitzel.
