  • 750 g white cabbae
  • 750 g pork schnitzel
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 250 g onion (s)
  • 4 tablespoon lard
  • 250 ml beef broth
  • 5 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 dash sherry, dry
  • 3 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash, quarter and remove the hard stalk, then cut or slice the white cabbage. Also clean, core, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Peel and dice the onions.
  2. Cut meat. Heat the lard in a large saucepan and fry the onion cubes until translucent. Then add the meat and fry all over. Add the cabbage, fold in and fry briefly.
  3. Deglaze with the broth, season with pepper, salt and paprika. Then stir in tomato ketchup and sherry. Cover and cook, after about 10 minutes add the pepper strips and stir in the creme fraîche.
  4. Let the dish cook for another 10 minutes, season again to taste and serve.
