Ingredients

  • 500 g pork fillet (s), ready to cook, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • Spices, e.g. Fondor or Vegeta
  • Pepper, whiter, from the mill
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 medium onion (s), diced
  • 250 g mushrooms, brown, sliced
  • 125 ml white wine, dry
  • 125 ml cream
  • some rapeseed oil for frying
  • possibly cornstarch for binding

Instructions

  1. Mix the fillet strips with oil, fondor or Vegeta and pepper and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan, gently fry the meat in portions, remove and set aside.
  3. Put the butter in the pan, heat it and sauté the onion. Add the mushrooms and sauté as well. Pour white wine and cream on top and let it boil down a little. Add the meat again and heat it up. Possibly add seasoning. If the sauce is thick, mix it with a little cornstarch and mix it with water.
  4. Rösti and lettuce are enough.
