Ingredients

  • 600 g turkey meat, shredded or chicken breast shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 orange (s), grated zest and juice, untreated
  • 3 tablespoon mustard, coarser
  • 100 ml wine, white, dry
  • 300 ml chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon chives, cut into rolls

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shredded meat in it for 5-6 minutes until brown, remove. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
  2. Add the orange peel, orange juice and the mushrooms to the pan. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then continue cooking without the lid until the liquid has almost evaporated. Add mustard, white wine, broth and cream. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the meat and heat it until it is hot again. Then season everything and serve sprinkled with chives.
