Ingredients

  • 500 g turkey breast fillet (s)
  • 1 point ready-mix for garlic cream soup (for 3 plates)
  • pepper
  • 1 half onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Wine, white
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon chives, dried
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup crème fraîche (25 g)
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • sea-salt

Instructions

  1. Chop the turkey breast into small pieces, season with pepper and paprika and let sit a little. Dice the onion and press the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add turkey meat and fry on all sides.
  2. Deglaze with a strong dash of white wine and let it boil down briefly. Stir the soup with water until smooth and then add to the pan. Let it boil down to a thicker consistency. Stir in the chives and season with sea salt.
  3. Finally stir in the crème fraiche and briefly heat up again on the plate. No more cooking.
  4. Green tagliatelle is served with it.
