  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (e.g. sunflower oil)

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a mixing bowl with an electric hand mixer. Then let the dough rise for 5 - 10 minutes.
  2. Finally bake the pancakes (e.g. in a coated blini pan). Turn the pancakes in the pan when the bubbles in the batter slowly surface.
  3. The stated amount of dough is sufficient for approx. 28 small pancakes (diameter 7.5 cm). The quantities given for flour and milk each correspond to a full cup of coffee.
  4. Tip: They taste great with a little cream cheese and two small strips of smoked salmon - they are perfect as appetizers for an aperitif!
