Ingredients

  • 30 g yeast, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 430 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 egg (s)
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in a mixing bowl with the sugar in the lukewarm water.
  2. Add the flour, 1 teaspoon of salt and the oil and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, whisk the eggs in a small bowl.
  4. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.
  5. Knead the dough again and form it into a 4 cm thick rolling pin. Cut the rolls crosswise into 40 slices and shape into round rolls with your hands. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with the beaten eggs and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes until crispy.
  6. Cut the rolls open and serve with the chopped egg, mayonnaise and chives, with raw ham and cucumber cubes, with salmon and horseradish
