- 200 g smoked salmon
- 1 large onion (s)
- 200 ml milk, lactose-free
- 200 ml cream, lactose-free
- 200 g cheese, rated, lactose-free
- some salt and pepper
- some flour, gluten free
- some oil or fat
- possibly dill

- Peel the raw potatoes and cut into fine slices with a slicer
- Peel the onions and cut into cubes, dust them lightly with flour. Toast in a little oil or butter in a large saucepan. Pour in milk and cream. Add the potato slices, season with salt and pepper. Simmer in a closed saucepan over low heat for about 15-20 minutes. If you like it, you can add chopped dill at the end. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
