Snack Tartlets “New Year’s Snow”

A simple recipe from the “guests on the doorstep” series, but how delicious it all turned out! Crispy tartlets, deliciously ringing! And the filling can be prepared as a separate salad, I liked it! Everything in this recipe is harmonious and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Lavash – 1 sheet
  • Boiled chicken – 250 g
  • Korean carrots – 200 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Green onions – 1 bunch
  • Butter (melted) – 40-50 g
  • Mayonnaise – to taste

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare all the products right away and start
  2. We cut out round blanks from pita bread to the size of our tartlets. Approximate dia – 10-11 cm. Lubricate on both sides with melted butter.
  3. Place the lavash between two molds for baskets (tartlets) and put them in the oven for 7-10 minutes. Temperature – 200 degrees.
  4. During this time, we will prepare the filling salad. Chop the green onion finely, grate half of the cheese on a coarse grater, and disassemble the chicken into fibers (I chopped it a little more).
  5. We collect everything in a cup, add Korean-style carrots (no juice) and a spoonful of mayonnaise.
  6. Stir and the salad is ready.
  7. The tartlets are wonderful, crunchy and delicious like chips!
  8. We lay out the salad in our baskets.
  9. Add the remaining cheese on top on a fine grater. He lays down on the tartlets like snow.
  10. It turned out very tasty and beautiful, and also fast! Cook for health! Please yourself and your loved ones!
