Ingredients

  • 200 ml whipped cream, room temperature
  • 300 g dark chocolate, at least 70% cocoa
  • some cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler and then slowly mix the cream with the chocolate.
  2. Fill into a springform pan or tart pan (18 cm diameter) and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Dust with the cocoa powder.
  4. Fresh fruit, e.g. raspberries, strawberries or blueberries, goes well with it.
  5. Tastes particularly good with a little mascarpone cream.
