Solyanka in Chicken Broth

Solyanka is one of the favorite soups of men, and not only))) I fry all the ingredients separately from each other – it does not take so much time, but it turns out a fragrant soup.

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Chicken soup set – 200 g
  • Large potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Medium-sized pickled cucumbers (gherkins) – 5 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1/4 pcs.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Olives – 10 pcs.
  • Tomato paste – 1 spoon
  • Boiled sausage – 2 cups
  • Smoked sausage – 6 slices
  • Lemon – 3 circles
  • Salt to taste
  • Greens
  • Oil for frying
  • Water – 2 liters

Directions

  1. Put the chicken in water.
  2. While the broth is cooking, cut the cucumbers into half rings.
  3. Add oil to a frying pan, heat well and fry the cucumbers for 2 minutes.
  4. Cut half a head of onion or a quarter of an onion, to taste, into half rings – and in a frying pan. Add a clove of garlic there, fry.
  5. Cut the carrots into cubes.
  6. Fry.
  7. That much sausage is enough.
  8. Cut into cubes.
  9. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
  10. We take out the chicken from the broth.
  11. Let it cool down.
  12. Add potatoes to the broth.
  13. Add fried vegetables (carrots, onions, cucumbers), cook the hodgepodge in chicken broth for 10 minutes.
  14. Add tomato paste, cook for 5 minutes.
  15. Add the sausage.
  16. Getting rid of chicken bones.
  17. Add the chicken next.
  18. We cut olives and lemon.
  19. Then add olives and lemon, cook for 5 minutes.

Solyanka in chicken broth is ready. Before serving, chop the herbs and add in portions, or you can immediately add the herbs to the pan at the end of cooking.
