Sorcerers – zrazy made from grated raw potatoes, a Belarusian dish. The filling is often made from meat or mushroom. Today I decided to cook lean sorcerers with beans. It turned out delicious.

Ingredients
Potatoes – 1 kg
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt – as desired and to taste
For filling:
Beans – 1 cup boiled
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 2 cloves
Salt
Ground black pepper
For refueling:
Onions – 2 heads
Parsley and dill greens – 2 tablespoon chopped spoons
Directions
Soak and boil the beans in advance. Cut the onion into quarters and fry in vegetable oil. Press the garlic through a garlic press. Mix the fried onions with the oil in which they were fried, the beans, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Purée with a blender.
Peel and grate potatoes like pancakes, on a prickly grater. Throw in a colander and drain. If desired, you can salt the potato mass a little, but usually, it is not salted. There is enough salt in the filling and dressing.
Gather potato mass with your hand and make a cake out of it in the palm of your hand. Put 1 tablespoon on it. a spoonful of cooked bean paste.
Close the edges and shape the zraz (sorcerers).
Fry the sorcerers in heated vegetable oil on all sides over moderate heat. Place on a plate.
For dressing in the remaining oil (or add a little oil), fry the onion, cut into halves of rings, or into quarters. Season with salt, sprinkle with black pepper, and mix with chopped herbs. Put the dressing on the sorcerers.
