Soup With Meatballs and Noodles

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet – 400 g
- or minced chicken – 400 g
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Potatoes – 3-5 pcs.
- Vermicelli – 80 g
- Bulb onions – 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Bay leaf – 1 pc.
- Greens to taste
Directions

- How to make soup with meatballs and noodles:
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, cut into pieces and mince it. Or you can use ready-made minced chicken. - Minced meat Salt and pepper. Mix well. Beat on a cutting board, knead with your hands. Form the minced meat with wet hands into meatballs.
- Boil 2.5 liters of water. Salt. Throw the meatballs into boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes.
- While the meatballs are boiling, peel the onions, wash and chop finely.
- Peel the carrots, wash and grate on a coarse grater.
- Peel, wash and chop the potatoes.
- Add potatoes to the meatballs. Cook for 15 minutes.
- Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put the onions and carrots in the heated oil. Fry, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
- Add frying to the soup. Season with pepper, bay leaves and your favorite spices to taste.
- Measure out the required amount of vermicelli.
- Add vermicelli to the soup. Cook the soup with meatballs and noodles for 3-5 minutes. Wash and chop the herbs. Add herbs to the soup before serving.
- Soup with meatballs and noodles is ready.
